Here is what you can currently find on draft in our tasting room. All options are available in 16, 10 and 5oz pours unless otherwise noted.
1st Mate – Golden Ale – 5.1% ABV – Brewed with coriander and sea salt, this is a light, easy to drink beer that provides the perfect touch of spice and flavor.
Under the Table Pale Ale – Table Series – 3.0%ABV – This is an easy drinking light beer that leaves hops in the background and the alcohol low. This is the first beet in our Table Series, which will be a rotation of low alcohol beers.
Pit Mold Porter – Porter (on Nitro) – 5.8% ABV – Named for a foundry term, this silky-smooth beer starts with dark stone fruit notes and finishes with a creamy coffee flavor. Contains no lactose.
Tea Time Wheat – American Wheat – 5.6% ABV – A soft, medium bodied wheat ale with Oolong tea and sweet orange peel that provides a surprisingly unique, refreshing beer experience.
Tenebrous – Imperial Stout – 11.7% ABV – This big, heavy bodied stout provides notes of black cherry, raspberries, dark chocolate, and coffee.
Schultzy – Amber Ale – 6.2% ABV – A malty Amber Ale with caramel and toast notes and a soft, fruity finish.
Table Hopper – Table Series – Hoppy Pale Ale – 3.8% ABV – A refreshing West Coast Pale Ale featuring Citra & Mosiac Cryo gives plenty of hop presence while keeping the balance with the lower alcohol.
Peace Pale Ale – West Coast Pale Ale – 5.7% ABV – This clear, light bodied West Coast style pale ale carriers notes of passionfruit, grapefruit and orange with Azacca and Citra hops.
Chillin’ With The Neighbors – Dunkel Style with spice – 4.6% ABV – Our Collaboration with Brother Chimp of North Aurora. Brewed with the yeast from our First Mate, this beer takes the smooth, toasted bready notes of the steam beer and Dunkel, and adds a touch of warming spice from the addition of freshly toasted cumin.
Burhop Braggott Saison – Saison with Honey – 7.2% ABV – We added 65 pounds of locally harvested wildflower honey in this medium bodied farmhouse ale that has just enough Saison “Funk” with a subtle tangerine note.
Wee Bit-O-Stout – Table Series – Dry Irish Stout – 3.5% ABV – This dry Irish Stout is served on nitro and provides a smooth, roasty taste.
Zeroed In – Hop Water – 0.0% ABV – Refreshing carbonated hop water with pleasant citrusy lime notes paired with zero calories, zero sugar or sugar alternatives and zero carbs.
Cherry Cider – Broken Brix, St. Charles IL. – 6.9% ABV – Off-dry tart cherry cider made with Michigan cherries. (5oz and 10oz pours available)
